Biography
Inspiration surrounded Patricia's earlier business training when she moved to British Columbia, Canada to take on the newly created position of Personal Assistant to Robert Bateman, North America's renowned Canadian artist. While traveling around the world and living in the Bavaria district of Germany, Patricia photographed Robert (photos appeared in various publications including Robert Bateman books, the Smithsonian Museum and Maclean's magazine) and cook where she honed her talents for vegetarian cuisine and favored Robert's sweet tooth. While in Germany, she married and upon traveling back to Canada, decided to make her culinary talents official.
A 1991 honors graduate of the prestigious George Brown College, Patricia has been cooking and teaching professionally for 15 years. While in Mississauga, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec, she developed Corsini Catering that showcased her remarkable talent and originality. Her unique visual presentation of food and the stylish recipes she created for her catered events were the basis for her new cooking school - Cook Gourmet Inc.. She conducts private and group classes at her school in Mississauga, Ontario and also teaches private classes for a few known celebrities.
